Dr. Chiou gets to know you and offers personalized guidance to improve your health. Our appointments last as long as you’d like, typically 30-60 minutes, so we can work together to help you achieve your health goals.

We offer virtual and in-office appointments to fit your busy schedule. You shouldn’t have to take time off work to stay healthy. You can call, text, or video chat with your primary care doctor instead of waiting weeks or months for an appointment. We take a limited number of patients to ensure Dr. Chiou is available when you need him.

We offer same and next-day appointments to address urgent issues right away with your family physician. Say goodbye to expensive trips to urgent care! We encourage members to reach out with any concerns, big or small. You can message directly with your doctor when and where you need to at no extra cost.

With health coaching, you get one-on-one, personalized support and guidance to help you improve your overall health. Dr. Chiou takes time to evaluate your current lifestyle and help you implement daily lifestyle changes to reach your goals.

Dr. Chiou offers a range of in-office procedures. Many traditional practices will refer you to specialists because their providers don’t have time to perform simple procedures. We provide as much of your care as possible within our direct care practice, helping you get the most out of your membership. Procedures and care may include laceration repair, stitches removal, wart removal, wound care, or abscess drainage and packing. If you require additional procedures we cannot provide in-office, we will help coordinate care and referrals for you.

We partner with local companies that offer discounts when you pay cash for their services. Many patients with high-deductible plans can save money by paying cash for these services. Companies often charge far less for care when they are not billing insurance.

As your primary care provider, we are often the first point of contact when mental health issues arise. We offer psychosocial screening and support for common mental health concerns. We can refer you to additional support and resources online or in the community. We are always here to listen and support you.

$90/month
Includes up to 36 visits a year (4 visits per month maximum) of personalized primary care, including enhanced physician access and customized healthcare services. A single membership starts at $90/month for patients aged 18-64 years old.
FAMILY
$250/month
Our family membership includes the same benefits as a single membership, with coverage for your entire family at a discounted price—$250/month for three or more people in the same household, for patients aged 18-64 years old.
Weight loss support
$100/month
Membership costs $100 per month and includes weight management nutrition coaching (medication not included).
